Hey! I'm Talia, and I'm really glad you're here.
I'm a therapist who really believes in meeting people where they are. You don't have to filter yourself or have it all figured out before reaching out.
I identify as non-binary, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent, and my lived experience is a real part of how I show up in my sessions. Not just my clinical training, but actually knowing what it feels like to navigate identity and all the stuff that comes with it.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, and emotional regulation, including LGBTQ+ experiences and neurodivergence. I pull from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but I'm always thinking about what works for you specifically, not just what's supposed to work on paper. That's what we figure out together, at whatever pace feels right.
When I'm not working, you can find me catering to my 40+ plant collection, playing volleyball, trying new restaurants, or walking my dog Athena (while petting other dogs along the way).
You don't have to figure all of this out alone. The right support really can make things feel less heavy - and real talk, that's why I do this work.
